Ingredients:
Green Mango
(cut in cubic size) 1 cup
Pineapple (cut
in cubic size) 1 cup
Tomato (cut in
cubic size) 1 and ½ cup
Potato Bukhara 7_8 pieces
Raisin 10-15 pieces
Dry chilly 3-4 pieces
Pamcaphorana ½ tsp
Chili powder ¼ TSP
Salt as required
Oil 4 TSP
Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan and add Pamcaphorana.Then give green
chilly and fry it for a few second.Now add pineapple,
mango and one by one.Stirrer it by giving chilli
powder,salt,dry chilli powder.Give a little water and
cover it.
Cook it in middle flame until fruits are formed in
soft.Now remove the lid and potato Bukhara,raisin,
sugar and stirrer it.Again cook for 5 minutes.Put
off the fire.Serve the mixed fruit chutney with
hodgepodge,plow.
