Ingredients:
For making curd/Channa:
Milk 2 liter
Vinegar ¼ cup
Water ¼ cup
For chamcam ball:
Flour 1 tsp
Flour 2 Tsp
Sugar 2 Tsp
For
Sira:
Sugar 4 cup
Water 4
cup
Process:
At first make curd. Keep it for 1and ½ hour to
remove water. Then take the Channa in a pot. Crash until it will soft. Now mix semolina, Flour and sugar and crash it for 10 minutes.
Now
make ball as your like. Now take sugar and water in a big pan and cook it in
middle flame. When it will be boiled give all balls in it. Cover it. Cook
Chamcam in middle flame for 4-5 hours until brown color is form. (Tips: Make
caramel from 1 cup sugar. Add ½ cup water with it. Pour it in pot. Notice that
brown color will be form within 2-3 hours. But first process is best). When
chamcam will be cooked serve it with mawa.
