Ingredients:
Rice 1 cup
Ural dal ½ cup
Chana dal 2
TSP
Fenugreek seed
½ tsp
Salt-as
required
Oil for brush
Water
For masala:
Potato 2 large
size
Onion 1 medium
Ural dal 1 TSP
Chana dal 1
TSP
Mustard seed ¼
TSP
Cumin seed ¼
TSP
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin and
coriander powder ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Red chilly
powder ¼ TSP
Green chilly 4
pieces
Salt as
required
Procedure:
Masala making:
Cut potato in
cube and boil it. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, Cumin seed, Chana dal,
Urad dal and stir it. Add chopped onion, green chilly and cook it for a few
seconds. Then add boiled potato and stir it. When oil come out turn off the
burner and keep aside.
Dosa making:
Take Rice 1
cup, Ural dal, Chana dal, and Fenugreek seed in a bowl, wash and soke for 6
hours. After that drain water and blend it to make paste. Keep it for 6 hours
for fermentation in room temperature. Add salt and water to make better. Heat
tawa , pour batter and spread with a
flat surface in circular motion to make thin dosa. Apply some oil over dosa
with o brush. Place some masala in line on the corner of the dosa. When it will
be turn in golden colour serve DOSA in hot.
