Adana kebab




Ingredients:

Beef 1kg

Parsley leaves 50gm

Garlic 20gm
Beef fat 50gm
Salt 1-2 tsp
Pyaprika 1 tsp
Green chili 10gm
Onion 2 piece
Basil leaves20gm
Tomato pest 100ml
Black pepper 1-2 tsp
Cumin-seed 1 tsp

Procedures:

Mix beef and fat and take it for extract water. on the other side, parsley leaves garlic, green chilli,onion,basil leaves are cut with a knife.Mix other ingredients together and freez it for 24 hours.Take it from the freeze and take it in sticks and burn it in charcoal.Then serve it with nanera.





Shish Tawaak






Ingredients:

Chicken meat 16pice(Breast, cube 35-40gm per piece)
Tomato pest 100ml
Lemon juice 50ml
Orange juice 50ml
Corn oil 250ml
Smash onion 20ml
Smash garlic 10ml
Hot pepper souse 20ml
Lemon salt & sea salt
Pyaparika
Cumin-seed 1 tsp
Arabian seven harbasa  little

Procedure:

Without garnish ingredients mix other ingredients & marinate chicken for  8 hours.Then in a stick take 4 pice of chicken & grill it for 8-9 minute. After the grill take some capsicum and onion and serve with bread.

Seeds of Jack- fruit


Ingredients:

Beef 1 kg
Jack fruits seeds 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1 table spoons
oil 2  table spoons
Onion 1/2  table spoons
Garlic pest 1/2 table spoons
Salt-As required
Ginger 1/2tablespoons
Coriander-seed pest 1/2tablespoons
Hot masala - As required

Preparation:

In a pan,boil the oil and then mix onion,garlic,ginger,cumin-seed,coriander-seed and cook for sometimes.Then mix the Beef with it.Then cook it for sometimes and mix properly jack fruit seeds with it.When the meat and  seed boil properly,then mix the hot masala       .When the water is little and cook for 7-8 minate.then it is prepared for served.

Lamb rack 2 pice (8-9 pice with rib)
Lemon and orange juice 100ml
Sweet pepper pest depend on test
Tomato pest 100ml
Arabian sever harbs slightly
Sea salt and lemon depend on test
olive oil 300ml
Corn oil slightly

Preparation:

Juice,pest,Arabian seven harbs,Sea salt and lemon salt,Corn oil,olive oil mix with meat and merinet at least for 18 hours.Then grill it in charcoal grill for 15-16 minute and serve it with bread.

Lemon chicken






Ingredients:


 Chicken 8 piece
Yougurt  1/2cup
Onion  1 cup
Lemon juice  1/2cup
Sugar 1 piece
Ginger past 1 table spoons
Garlic past 1table spoons
White pepper 1 table spoons
Chili past 1table spoons
Salt-as required


Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and keep it for one and half an hour. Pure oil in a pan and make it hot.After that gice the pices and cook.When the curry will be concentrated give one pinch of chilies and mix it.After one minute put down it and serve it.


Pineapple chewing tobacco


Ingredients:

Polar rice 1/2 kg
 Lemon yellow food colour slightly
Pineapple small piece quarter 1/4 cup
Sugar  1/2 kg
dried grape  1/4 cup
Peanut 4 piece
maoua 1/4 cup
Butter  1/2 cup
pineapple mix 1 cup
cinnamon 2 piece
 cardamom 2 piece
clove 1 piece.


Process:

In the 16 cup water mix the colour and boil it.Then mix the rice in the boiled water and mix it properly.then extract water from the boiled rice after that wash it with cold water and again extract the water.Dry it in the open air.Take sugar and half cup of water and mix properly.Cinnamon,Cardamon,clove are mix in low heat.mix the sugar properly,after the mixing of sugar,smash pineapple and small piece pineapple and butter mix with it and cook it for 5 minute.when pineapple will be the boiled then mix rice with it.when the water will be dried fully then cover the pan with a led and put charcoal in the top and bottom of the pan.Then take pan in open air and decorate it with dried grape  and peanut.Then it is prepared for serve.

Ratatoli


Ingredients
           

Bringal 50 grams
oil 1 cup
jukini(thik slices 50 grams)
2 onions
Red capsicum 1
Green capsicum 1 pice
garlic pound 2 tsp
tomatoes  chop half kilo
Black pepper and salt to taste

Preparation
At first cut the bringal and mix  2 tsp oil them lid it.Again wash the bringal and make it water free.In a pan pour three tsp oil and heat it.them fry the bringal and jukini (thick slice).when the mixure will become to yellow colour,pour extra oil and heat  it with onion at low range for two minute.Them cook it with capcicum.Again cook with garlic and tomato for minutes.This mixture will be cooked till it become concentrated.Then again mix  black pepper and salt.Them serve it with spageti and cease.
