Ingredient:
Beaf 2 kg
Middle size pieces 2 cup
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin-seed powder 1 tsp
Onion 1 cup
Salt- as required
Yogurt 1/ 2 cup
Cassio-leaf 4 pieces
Cinnamon 4 pieces
Cardamom 4 pieces
Clove 6 pieces
Green chilli 5-6 piec

Mustard oil 1 cup
hot masala powder 1 tsp
Fried cumin-seed powder 1/2 tsp
hot masala powder 1 tsp
Fried cumin-seed powder 1/2 tsp
Procedure:
Cleam the meat,mix salt and yogurt.Keep it for an hour.Heat oil,fry onion on it.Then fry meat and cuijhala for a while.Then pure water when oil will come up,give hot masala powder,cumin-seed powder and remove it.
