Shrimp Biriyani



 

Ingredient:

Basmati r1ce 2 cup
 Shrimp 11 pieces
Green chilly 4/5 cup
Turmeric powder 1 TSP
Ginger paste 1 TSP
Garlic paste 1 TSP
Cardamom 3 pieces
Cinnamon 3 pieces
Cloves 3 pieces
Oil-as required
Salt as required
 Water 4 cup
Coconut milk 2 cup
Tomato 2
Bay leaves 2 pieces
Cumin powder ½ TSP
Red chilly powder 1 TSP

Procedure:

Wash rice and remove water. Heat oil in a pan and add all spicy and chopped onion, fry it until brown color is formed. Then add garlic and ginger paste and fry it for a few second. Then mix tomato and Shrimp and fry it. Add all spicy powder and salt. Then rice and fry it for 3-4 min. When get smell add coconut milk and stirrer thoroughly. After 4-5 min give boiled water. Wait until it will be boiled. Cook it in middle flame for 30-40 min. When it will be turn into  rice turn off the heat. Then serve your SHRIMP BIRIYANI in hot.
