Tehari



Ingredients:

Beef 1 Kg
Basmati ½ kg
Ginger paste 2 TSP
Garlic paste 2 TSP
Onion paste ½ cup
Chopped onion 2 cup
Yogurt 2 TSP
Cumin seed powder 2 TSP
Hot spicy powder 1 TSP
Green chilly powder ½ TSP
Peeper powder ½ TSP
Nutmeg powder ½ TSP
Green chilly 7—8
Cloves 2
Cardamom 2 pieces
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Casio leaves 2 pieces
Sugar 1 TSP
Milk 1 cup
Oil 2/3 cup
Ghee 3 TSP
Salt-as required
Water 3 cup
Procedure:

Cut beef in 3 inch and wash it. Remove water from it. Take beef in a pot add all spicy and marinate it for 1 hour. Heat oil in pressure cooker and fry hot spicy and chopped onion in brown color. Now add beef in it. Cook the beef until oil will come up. Then add ½ cup water. When it will be boiled cover it. Cook until 5-6 sound is come out. Boil 3 cup of water in another pot. Give 1 cup milk, 1 TSP salt, sugar, rice and green chilly and cover it. When rice will be 50 percent boiled add meat and mix. Now cover by a lid. 5 min later again stirrer it and cook for 20-30 min in little flame. At last pour it in a pot. Now serve the FRIED RICE by giving pistachios in it.
