Vegetable Khicuri





Ingredients:

Basmatib rice 2 cup
Masoor dal ½ cup
Moog dal ½ cup
Chanar dal ¼ cup
Chopped onion ½ cup
Green chilly 4/5 cup
Cauliflower ½ cup
Carrot ½ cup
Potato ½ cup
Turmeric powder 1 TSP
Ginger paste 1 TSP                                  
Garlic paste 1 TSP
Cardamom 2 pieces
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Cloves 3pieces
Oil-as required
Salt as required
 Water 6 cup

Procedure:

Wash the dal and rice. Remove water from it and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan fry all vegetables. Add a little salt on it. Take out them and keep aside. Add all spicy and fry it until brown color is formed. Then add ginger and garlic paste and stirrer it. After that add dal and rice. Then turmeric powder and salt. Fry it for 3-4 min. Add vegetable and green chilly and stirrer it then water. When it will be boiled cover by a lid. Turn low the heat. Cook it for 15-20 min. Now KHICHURI is ready for serve.
