Pui shak with Pumpkin



 

Ingredients:

Pui shak 200 gm

Pumpkin (cut in cubic size) 1 cup
Prawn in middle size 7-8 pieces
Chopped garlic ½ TSP
Chopped onion 2 TSP
Green chilly 4-5 pieces
Coriander ¼ TSP
Turmeric powder ½ TSP
Salt as required
Sugar ½ TSP
Oil 2 TSP

Procedure:

Wash the Pui shak and chopped it. Heat oil in a pan and give Cumin seasonin. Then fry chopped onion and garlic. Now give Prawn and Pumpkin. Then spread salt and turmeric powder on it. Fry it in middle flame for 5 min. Then add Chopped Pui shak chilly and stirrer it. Cook until pumpkin is boiled. Remove the lid and give sugar on it. Then put off the fire. Serve with hot rice the curry of PUI SHAK PUMPKIN.
