Crispy fried Cauliflower:



 

Ingredient:

Flour of cauliflower 10-12 pieces (cut in 1 inch)
Rice flour 4 TSP
Corn flour 1 TSP
Turmeric powder ½ TSP
 Cumin powder ½ TSP
Oil-as required
Salt as required
 Water 3 TSP
Sugar ½ TSP
Cumin powder ½ TSP
Red chilly powder 1/2 TSP
EGG 1 piece
Soya sauce

Procedure:

Take rice flour, corn flour, cumin flour, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, ½ tsp salt and sugar and mix properly. Take egg in another pot and mix it with Soya sauce and water. Make batter with rice flour and keep aside for
10-15 min. Take 1 tsp salt and water and boil it. When it will be boiled add cauliflower. Boil it until it will be soft. Then take it in a net and drain water from it. Now heat oil in a pan. Sink flower in batter and fry until brown color
is formed. Then take it in towel or tissue to absorb extra oil. Now CRISPY FRIED CAULIFLOWER is ready. Serve in hot.
