Ingredients:
Basmati rice-2 cup
Shrimp (medium
size)-10/12 piece
Onion (cut in
cube)-1/2 cup
Egg-3(beaten)
Ginger paste- 2 tsp
Garlic paste- 2 tsp
Carrot (cut in
cube)-1/2 cup (optional)
Beans (cut in
cube)-1/2 cup (optional)
Cauliflower (cut in
cube)-1/2 cup(optional)
Green peas-1/2 cup (optional)
Sweet corn-1/2 cup (optional)
Green chilli-2/3
piece
Ajinomoto/Tasting
salt-1/2 tsp
Salt-2 tsp or your
taste
Soy sauce- 1 &
1/2Tbs
Oil-1/4 cup
Procedure:
Boil 3 cup of water.
Add vegetables and 1 pinch salt. Again boil it for 3-4 min.
Wash rice and boil it in 5-6 cup water.
Remove water from the boiled rice. Again was hit with cool water and put to
excrete water.
Heat 1 TSP oil in a pan and prepare omlat and keep aside. Now heat the remaining oil in middle flame. Fry
chopped onion in it. Add garlic, ginger and Shrimp. Stirrer it for 2 min. Then give all
vegetables, green chilly, salt, tasting salt, Soya sauce and stirrer it for 2
min.
Then mix rice and thoroughly.
Cover the pan. Keep it in little flame for 15/20 min. Again stirrer it and
serve the Fried Rice.
