Ingredients:
Dry fish 100 gm
Chopped garlic 2 TBS
Chopped onion ¼ cup
Chopped tomato ¼ cup
Green chilly 3-4 pieces
Dry chilly powder ½ TBS
Turmeric powder ¼ TBS
Cumin seed powder ¼ TBS
Coriander powder ¼ TBS
Oil 4 TBS
Salt –as required
Chopper coriander leaves 1 TBS
Process:
Fry the dry fish and for 3-4 min and boil the
fish for 3-4 min. Remove water by a net and break the fish by hand. Pick up big thorn. Now heat oil in a pan. Add
chopped garlic, fry it for a while. When onion will be boiled add all
ingredients one by one. Cook it until oil will come up. Now add boiled fish and
stirrer it for a while. Add a little water and cover it. 5 min later remove the
lid and again stirrer. Spread chopped coriander leaves and light off fire.
Serve the Dry fish Buna with rice or hodgepodge.
