Eggplant mustard



 

Ingredients:

Bringer 1 piece in middle size
Dry chilly paste ½ TBS
Turmeric powder ½ TBS
Mustard seed paste 2 TBS
Green chilly paste 1 TBS
Chopped coconut 1 TBS
Cumin seed 1 TBS
Salt 1 TBS
Oil ½ cup

Process:

Wash the bringer and slice it in ½ inch. Take the bringer in a bowl and mix dry chilly powder, turmeric powder, and ½ TBS salt and keep it for 10 minutes.  Heat oil in a pan.  Fry out the bringer in brown color. Take it in tissue paper to absorb extra oil. Now heat the rest oil in a pan and add mustard seed paste, green chilly paste, chopped coconut and stirrer it for a while. When oil will be come up mix ¼ cup water with this mixture. Now add fried bringer and cover it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. When gravy is formed take out the bringer in serving pot. Give pistachios upon the bringer. Serve the Eggplant mustard with fried hodgepodge or plow.
