Spinach Pakofa



 

Ingredients:

 Chopped spinach 1 cup
Grated carrot ¼ cup
Chopped onion ¼ cup
Chopped green chilly 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Beson 3 tsp
Rice flour 1 tsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Salt as required
Oil for deep fry.

Procedure:

Wash spinach, drain them and chopped them. Take spinach, carrot, chilly in a bowl. Add salt, cumin powder, baking powder and mix them well. Add 2 tsp beson and mix them. Make ball with them. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the ball in oil until brown color is formed. Then take them in towel to soak the excess oil.
Serve Spinach Pakofa with any sauce.
